  1. ask your lawyer. they should know. but i love the name. My son's room was all raggedy Ann and Andy.  but raggedy sounds like it's been around the block one too many times.

How about "consignment originals" or "Penny's Consignment"

or "Little Bo Peep". or "Child's Play". that one sounds scary, lol

okay how about "the playground". and underneath that you can put in new and used clothing

  2. if you just opened a store you should have a lawyer, no?   That's part of their job when forming an LLC or sole proprietorship....ask them...

  3. We just opened a resale/consignment store in Missouri. We specialize in ladies, men's, & children's clothing, along with furniture & home decor items.  When we were going through our lists of names, these seemed to be best for a children's store...

    Punkin' Patch

    Room to Grow

Sons of Britches (my family's favorite, but since we live in the Bible belt, I chose not to name it that)

I do think you'd get into some licensing difficulties with the name you're looking at right now.  It may just be best to go with something else, to avoid the headache.  This kind of business is difficult enough as it is.

    Good luck to you.

  4. peanut butter and jelly would be a cool name.

  5. Can't do it without proper copyright licenses
