noah harry doesnt rolls of the tongue very well, i also think scarlet isla would be better as isla scarlett, I like harvey joseph for a boy.

noah harry is good, but i actually love the name harry, so maybe harry noah?

jesse leonardo is good too, but jesse is modern while leonardo is not. consider jesse leo?

penn joseph is great

isabelle claire is good - but not elsie. consider izzie, or belle

rosie elodie is nice too, but i prefer rose over rosie

scarlett isla - i love the name scarlett. isla, not so much, but props for originality. reconsider "letty", im not quite sure if thats a name

Jesse Leonardo - Would much rather see Galileo Jesse or Jesse Galileo.

Penn Joseph- Love!

Isabelle Claire- Isabelle is common, love Claire.

Rose Elodie - Adorable! Glad to see Rose in the first name spot. Please don't ever put it in the middle name spot. It's so overdone there.

Scarlett Isla- Perfect!

I really like the girls names, except for Rose. It makes me think of my grandmother (her name is Rose) and I wouldn't want to be reminded of her by a young girl!

The boys' names are nice too.
