Nancy Drew Help Please?

I just bought The Phantom of Venice; #18 of the Nancy Drew PC Series. I've tried picking up litter for money SO much but it won't let me. Apparently according to a walk through, you're supposed to be able to zoom in on it and sometimes find money. I only have 9 euros so I can't do the Flower thing...Help?

You'll have far better luck if you create an account on herinteractive.com. Go to the forums, create an account and go to the Hints & Tips section of Phantom of Venice. If you don't see your problem on the page, you can search it. Good luck!
