I need help Finding the Rope to Cougar Bend, Because Tex won't give it to me, and also, the petroglyph thingy's, that map, What order do they go in??? Please help

In order to get your lariat (rope) you need to do the horse barrel race in under 10 seconds, and rope the wood horse 4 outta 5 times, otherwise Tex won't give you one, and you can't find one.

Also, you can't finish the petroglyph's things, till you get that rope.
