Nancy drew pc game?????

when i try to open it it says please reporting the following error to her interactive technical support

error: access to the path 'car_dim.jpg' is denied

it won't let me open anything nancy drew and i have like 6 games. its driving me nuts....i have a windows vista...but on this web it says...http://www.herinteractive.com/prod/FAQ/faq.php?action=artikel&cat=25&id=8&artlang=en that there is a way that i can play it on visa...i have nancy drew numbers...2,4,6,9,16,17...and none of them work and idk why...please help!!!
