Nanny guidance!!!!!!!!!!?

i need a book guide/ a website link on the net for "Beginner Nannies", who assist kids from 15 months - 12 yrs of age.

plz help me . i want to the best nanny for the parents & specially the children. thanx.

There are alot of websites you can go to.Just type in nanny search or something like that and see what you come up with.You can also look on craigslist.org for nannies.If you are not familiar with it,just click on your area and the area under community.It will be childcare.Just click there and see what you come up with.I hope this helps.Oh and you can always see if a family member will watch your child for you.

I don't know of any books off hand and don't want to recommend a book or site I haven't read, but... I was a professional nanny for over 6 years and just recently "retired" to be a SAHM. I'd be happy to answer any questions you have, if you like. I commend you for wanting to do a good job. Caring for someone else's children is both a challenge and an incredible blessing, as well as an honor.
