Nap Problems! Help? 10 POINTS!

Okay so whenever I take a nap I wake up all sweaty even if the air conditioner and fan are on. Then when I go to sleep at night and wake up in the morning I feel fine. Is this normal or is it bad?

  1. i think it might just b the temp deference  from afternoon and morning or it could have 2 do with ur house....


  2. I have this problem a lot when I sleep during the day. I hate it. I wake up feeling all hot and mucky. I don't know what causes it. Maybe it's colder in the house when you wake up in the morning.

  3. dont take a nap?! just go to bed a bit earlier!

  4. It's completely normal. When you go to sleep, your body loosens up and it cools down-also, it tends to get chilly at night.

  7. try to just sleep with maybe just boxers and no socks so you stay cool and dont sweat also the second part is normal

  8. My guess would be that you're in more clothes during the day when you take a nap than you would sleep in at night.  More clothes=hotter you.

  9. Not sure how old you are, but night sweats happen often during puberty. If your past puberty then it can be a sign of health conditions. If your room is comfortable, then you might talk to the doc.

  12. leather will make you do that if your sleep on it. and its normal. or it could mean your comin down with a cold or something.

  14. I don't know how old you are, but if you are approaching puberty or it just happened, it's probably hormones.  It should pass.

  18. This is definitely normal. This can be triggered by supernatural thoughts (do you believe in ghosts?) or paranormal happenings (more ghosts), but those are just assumptions and get very psychological. Also, sometimes you can get this from skipping a meal.

    like when i come home from school fall asleep on the couch, or on my bed, i wake up all sweaty. and stuff

    but at night when i wake up im fine

    i dont know why it is, but that happens to me too

    so dont worry your fine!

  20. fall asleep in the bathtub full of water... tell someone to watch you when u do this so you drown, if you start sweating... tell whoever is watching u 2 throw a toaster, or a blow dryer in with u... this should solve your problems.
