Walter Mazzarri, head coach of the Partenopei outfit, has gone on to state that he will be looking to guide his side to a victory, and said that Milan were dangerous.
The Rossoneri outfit have been undermined by many pundits, fans and former players; however, Walter Mazzarri knows better than underestimating a side with so much history. While commenting on their upcoming match, the Italian went on to state that the Milanello
outfit would be a formidable challenge in their upcoming match in the Serie A.
The Partenopei outfit would be welcoming the San Siro outfit to their home stadium, which is the Stadio San Paolo. Despite remaining unbeaten in their matches at home, Mazzarri has reiterated that it would be stupid to write off Milan as they are still a
great team. He went on to remark that despite what everyone else had been saying in the press regarding Milan and their standing in the Serie A, it is clear that the Rossoneri are just unlucky.
He conceded that it has not been one of the better seasons of the San Siro outfit, but he reminded everyone that they were still a strong team and deserved respect from the opposition. Mazzarri went on to comment that the visit made by President Silvio Berlusconi
to the club would give a boost of confidence to the players, and cited that teams can come back from abysmal starts to finish strongly in the league.
He urged his team to maintain the right attitude while going into the match, and stated that if they approach each match with the same hunger, viciousness and clinical movement, they would be able to beat any time they are up against. Mazzarri was quoted
to have said:
“When you are not having the best of times you still have to get up and go again – I think the visit of Milan's President today will help them do that. Whatever people may think, Milan have a better side than their standing suggests. They may be underdogs
but that does not make me confident. Our success in the game depends on having the right attitude – if we do that we can beat anyone.”
