Narrowed it down to 3 carseats...Help?

Question

I think I have narrowed my infant carseat purchase down to 3.

Chicco KeyFit 30

Britax Companion and the

Baby-Trend Flex-Loc

Any suggestions, reviews or complaints would be sa-weet!

I know they all have to pass safety tests, but I am more interested in ease of use, weight, softness...blah blah.

i have the chicco key fit 30 travel set and i LOOOOVE IT!!! it is kind of heavy but it is the car seat with the best ratings in the consumer report and crash test. my daughter is now almost 8 month and she is pretty long but i know that with this car seat i wont have to run off and get a new car seat in the next few months so it will last me a lil bit longer which is good on my pocket book. it is a lil heavy buts really sturdy and its very confy i put my daughter in there when she refuses to nap. i think its makes her feel safe who knows. the car seat is pretty big so it doesnt fit on the child sitting area of the grocery carts but you know personally i dont think that is very safe so even if the car seat was smalled i wouldnt do that. the stroller is cool too its not that heavy i am 5'4" @ 150lbs and i am able to lift it easily. i really like this combo. some people think its too expensive but i think its worth the extra cash. oh yeah i dont know if other car seat bases have this but the chicco base has this little level measurer so you know when your base is even on the seat :o) oh yeah i forgot to mention the harnes belt. its actually very confy and when you have to move the belt up a size to fit your baby it is really easy to change. and the umbrella of the carseat comes off really easy in case you want to remove it. the car seat and the stroller do all these things that i didnt even know it had lol i am barely discovering them. like there is this extra shade thing on the car seat umbrella and then on the stroller the little table opens up so you can get your baby out of the stoller. ha after killing my back my bf just showed that to me lol

I had a baby trend with my first baby. they are really good seats. a bit heavy but soft. The puzzle lock system takes a few try to get use to but over all a get seat.
