Naruto Question: Kakashi, Naruto Kisame. Please answer:?

Remeber, kakashi said that Naruto has 3 times the amount of his chakra. Then, When Team Gai were going to fight kisame, Neji said that kisame had ridiculous amounts of chakra, but the fake kisame used only 30 percent of his normal chakra. So does that mean, Kisame has 6 times the chakra that kakashi has and kisame has 3 times the amount of chakra that the kyuubi has??

Ridiculous! Of course, not. They just used figures of speech...hyperbole.

No,its true that the people Kisame and Itachi had been using had only been using 30% of there actual strength but that would not mean that they would be strong then the Kyuubi because we don't know what there full strength actually is. Also Kakashi was saying was true Naruto normal chakra alone was more then Kakashi has and would be 3 times more then he had. Although neither Kakashi and kisame as well as Itachi would not have more chakra then the Kyuubi,we don't even know there full chakra. The Kyuubi is said to even have an infinite amount of chakra.
