i dont remember the exact episodes, but i remember a little bit and ill do my best-

Q1: she isnt wearing a dress, its a shirt and its right before the chuunin exam final rounds

Q2: for one thing, that isnt hinata. it was the bee lady in disguise when naruto, hinata, and shino were looking for the scent bug to find sasuke, and hinata got taken hostage. naruto and shino were looking for her in the hive.

Q3: I think its when shes training with kiba and shino... but im not sure
