Naruto Ramen. What are those things with the pink spirals?

I've seen real pictures in google images and ive seen it on te show but i still cant figure out what those white things with the pink spiral on them are called in real life. anyone know?

They are crab cakes and my favorite part of individually packaged ramen. I would know cause my family buys 2 cases of noodles all the time. Oh and it is real.

Usually they are white circles with pink spirals. Its a processed fish product, and I think it tastes nasty. It has a spongy feeling as well. Its made in a roll, then sliced to get the circles that you see floating in the ramen. Its called kamaboko.
