Naruto Shippuden: English Manga?

I'm currently watching the Naruto Shippuden Anime, but I'm getting tired of it due to how slow the plot advances. Due to this I want to switch over to the manga, but don't know were to find it in English and what episode I should start on(the anime has just started the Hidan and Kakuza Arc). Could you attach links, please.

Dude, the manga is as slow as the anime.Thats why quited on Naruto at the first place.Switch to One Piece.

Well,I live in Tennessee,and at our local walmart,we already have shippuden manga,but not much,maybe two books of the same manga episode.

But you should be able to order it over online,or at any local bookstore.
