Naruto Shippuden? wth is that?

so i looked on youtube for some new naruto episodes but when i looked there was like episode 52/53 and i watch and iv never seen that new show strter you know when naruto and sasuke put the knifes to eachothers throts and i was wondering when does the episode # restart because i can only watch the english vershon and its at episode 189 can anyone help.... I think its called SHIPPUDEN

It's a new storyline of the Naruto series. Basically it's set like 2 1/2 - 3 years in the future of the previous Naruto storyline.
