Naruto. Neji believes that his destiny is written in stone and Naruto believes he can change things. Neji is just to cocky for his own good. I am glad Naruto beat him in the first fight.

I think neji will. He's still fatser than Naruto and he's smarter..even though Naruto is clever, I think Neji will win.
