Nascar 09 ps3?

i dunno but what i do know is that i need help with my car setups i follow nascar but i still can't seem to get the cars setup correctly i understand about the points and all but still these guys are almost running 5 seconds quicker then me at every track its not know fun for me or them i can tell when theres no real competion if anybody could help share some setups it would be greatly appreciated add me my name is TEAMHENDRICK for nascar 09

but if anybody could help with the car setups that would be awesome because from what i can tell if all the cars are smooth sailing about the same time it could be good racing
