I don't know but I do not agree....It was better when he was still driving....All these NASCAR rules and infractions and penalties.

When teams were able to go to a local dealership to buy a car and put a big engine in it, that was great. These cars are all the same....the only thing that is different is the paint design on the front grill...Garbage.

who knows but i dont agree with it i think dale sr. made it what it is because of his wreck now we have the safer cars, the hans device, and what not at least in that sense like all the safety stuff for nascar i think was a major thing after sr's death... but i think that petty greatly influenced all of nascar i mean he is the king of nascar and no one could ever over throw him
