Nascar harassment suit?

I'm not saying sexual harassment and racial discrimination doesn't happen, but why did she wait until AFTER she was fired to report those claims?

its bull is what it is... she should have been happy they gave her a good position...she sure didn't work for it.....

The lady probably complained to the EEOC for her to file in Federal Court. So my guess, and I'm no attorney, the EEOC was investigating on her behalf and gave her "the right to sue" letter to proceed with a tort claim. There could have been a chance that the EEOC talked with NASCAR but didn't get anything out of it.

Also the statue of limitation was probably going to expire soon.

$225 million dollar will get people asking what's going on in NASCAR land.

i guess she realized that she could make alot of money if she claimed she was harrassed and discriminated against.
