Manchester City’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 has gone on to express his delight after winning the Premier League and insisted that he made the right decision in joining the club.
Nasri went on to make the move from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 to Manchester City at the start of the Premier League season. At the time of his transfer, he insisted that he was moving to win trophies.
Now with City winning their first Premier League trophy in forty four years, it seems like the French international may have actually thought his move through.
At the same time, Arsenal received a fair deal of cash from City, for their capture of Nasri and hence both the teams seemed to get something out of the move.
Following his win with City, the French midfielder went on to state: “I have never seen anything like it in my life”
“To score two goals like that and give us the title [in] the 94th minute - it's something amazing and I'm really happy.”
“I knew that I made the right decision and tonight I want to celebrate with all the fans who are here.”
“Tonight I will enjoy it with my family, my friends and all the fans. And tomorrow I will send them a message.”
Nasri had also made a bet with Piers Morgan, who is a lifelong Arsenal fan, as the pair bet ten thousand pounds over who would win a trophy first.
Now with Nasri winning the bet, it seems like he is going to donate his winnings to a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Charity-c38784, as he claims that a charity could make better use f the money, as compared to him.
When talking about his bet with Morgan, Nasri went on to add: "I will give to charity tomorrow, because some children need this money."
The French international is yet to become a regular starter for City, but as time goes by, he is bound to go on and establish himself as a City regular.
It is now up to the midfielder to go on and help City win even more trophies in the future, as he looks to add to his silverware cabinet.
