nah, its not like tongue! and it's kinda a russian thing, i am russian too, but they barely even touch lips. trust me, it's fine. (and by the way, it's Liukin!)

I didn't find that to be totally weird. It wasn't as though they had a long tongue kiss going on.

In some cultures, family members kiss on the lips. This seems strange to a lot of Americans, because many of us kiss relatives only on the cheek and reserve the lips for romantic kissing. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it, it's just the way they do it.
