Nasty Subwoofer / Subwoofer Box Rattle?

I have 2 12" JL w3s matched with a 500/1 amp. Just the other day I was cruisin around and they sounded great, then the next morning I hopped in my car and there is a very strange rattle coming from the box or one of the woofers. They werent being played too loud by any means, just started this weird rattle over night.

It's not an exterior rattle like on the license plate or anything, it's coming straight from the box or the subs. (cant tell which one) Its a high pitched rattle that is very noticeable whenever the bass hits. The bigger the voulme and bass, the worse the rattle. Did I blow my box? Is it one of my subs? What should I do to fix it? Please help!

check the box if the box has any screws change to new one's if not that then check each sub because they might be blown.
