So today at the barn i had just finished practicing for my team trial this Sunday and i was going to hose my horse. I was walking through the wet grass and slipped and fell on my face, which isn't bad at all. Well the air was buggy and my horse was stomping flies so he stomped his leg and instead of hitting the ground he hit my ankle and continued to put his weight on me until I shoved him off. It isn't broken just sore and bruised but I still have my team trials and I am looking for advice. I have tried heat and ice and ankle supports just push against my bruise. Just looking for advice to get me painlessy back on my feet. Thanks!

  1. first make sure its not broken. then you should probably be checked for ligament damage. its better to do it now then to have worse problems down the road. try just ice instead of heat too and keep it elevated. =)
