Nat West Current Account Plus query UK only?

Question

I applied on line for this account, and have received a letter with all the terms and conditions asking me to go into my local branch with my proof of id or to return my proof of id to them.

A few questions, if anyone would be so kind to help.

Have i subject to supplying this proof of id been accepted for this account?

Is it a basic bank account with a solo electron/ or a Maestro/visa debit card please?

It let me select the cheque book that i wanted, so will i get one a cheque book, and will it be with a cheque guarantee card?

Hi Yes you have been accepted you just need to provide your ID, you take it in and they will copy it. You will get a Meastro card which acts as a debit card/cash card for cash machines, you will also get a cheque book but not a cheque card (I never got one and I have this account). They charge you approx £8.00 per month for the account so make sure you stay in credit.
