National Basketball Association Play-offs 2010-11: Top performers of Game 3 – Part 2
Orlando Magic vs. Atlanta Hawks
Jamal Crawford
Atlanta Hawks’ sixth man Jamal Crawford exploded off the bench and racked up a game-high 23 points to outshine the spirited Orlando Magic for a thrilling 88-84 victory. Crawford buried a scorching blow from beyond the arc in crunch time of the game to seal
a brilliant win as the Hawks took the lead 2-1 in the first round play-off series.
Joe Johnson
The prolific guard Joe Johnson proved his brilliance once again by lending huge support to the bench player Crawford against the formidable assail from the Magic. Johnson ended the night with 21 points and dished out five assists to put the Hawks on the
frontline.
Dwight Howard
Despite of a dominating performance from the big man Dwight Howard, Orlando failed to overcome the Hawks at Philips Arena. Howard was incredibly instrumental on both the offensive and defensive sides of the court and notched up 21 points and 15 rebounds.
Los Angeles Lakers vs. New Orleans Hornets
Kobe Bryant
On the verge of leading the post-season series, the All-Star Kobe Bryant got back into the scoring mix and landed a blistering game-high 30 points and clutched six rebounds to defeat the New Orleans Hornets for a comprehensive 100-86 win. Bryant led the
scoring aggressively and also landed four sizzling 3-pointers in the game as the Los Angeles Lakers wrapped up 2-1 lead in the series.
Carl Landry  
New Orleans’ forward Carl Landry posted an impressive performance against the two-time defending champions Lakers and scored a team-high 23 points with five rebounds. Landry strived to retaliate in the fourth quarter however the Lakers powerful back-court
restricted the Hornets from bouncing back.
Memphis Grizzlies vs. San Antonio Spurs
Zach Randolph
At the FedEx Forum on Saturday night, the All-Star Zach Randolph blistered away with 25 points, five rebounds and three assists as the eighth seeded Memphis Grizzlies toppled the Number 1 seed San Antonio Spurs for a breathtaking 91-88 victory. Both teams
were skirmishing aggressively in the defining moments of the game when the spirited Randolph buried a scorching blow from downtown to seal a magnificent win.
Manu Ginobili  
The infamous guard, Manu Ginobili confronted the Grizzlies strikingly and landed a team-high 32 points and handed out five assists. He kept the Spurs in a competitive position throughout the night however the Star of the Night, Randolph came in his way and
pulled off convincingly.
Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets  
Kevin Durant
The leading scorer of the season Kevin Durant posted another dominating performance with a game-high 26 points and six assists to outshine the Denver nuggets for the third consecutive time in the play-offs. The Nuggets managed to grab three points lead in
the fourth quarter when Durant smashed the opposition with nine points of his 26 in the period and thrashed the Denver out of the game.
Russell Westbrook
The prolific guard Russell Westbrook paired up with Durant and notched up 23 points, nine rebounds and eight assists to power the Thunder down the stretch and sealed a tremendous victory. Both Durant and Westbrook utterly dominated the scoring that provided
the Oklahoma City 3-0 lead in the best-of-7 play-off series.
