National Circuit GP Finals: Chong Wei Feng beats Iskandar Zulkarnain Zainuddin in Group B
Malaysia’s elite shuttler Chong Wei Feng continued his smooth ride and easily toppled his lower ranked compatriot Iskandar Zulkarnain Zainuddin in Maybank National Circuit GP Finals 2012 in Malaysia, on Friday, December 28.
The in-form Wei Feng, who is the second seed in the Men’s Singles category, played with superb precision and managed to overpower his sixth seeded challenger while consuming just 32 minutes.
Wei Feng proved that he belongs to a different class as he played with remarkable precision and toppled his opponent in straight games with a wonderful margin on the score board.
On the contrary, the sixth seeded Iskandar could not prove his mettle on court as he was unable to match the pace of rallies and eventually lost the match without even getting close.
It was an interesting fight in the initial points when Wei Feng showed attacking display of his skills in the arena.
The tempo of the rallies was very fast in starting game and Wei Feng entertained local crowd with his lofty craft.
Wei Feng advanced with a stunning speed in the first half and remained in lead on score board until the one-minute break.

The in-form Wei Feng was in remarkable form and he remained successful in setting up a reasonable gap until the one-minute interval.
Wei Feng continued putting up superb performance in the second part of second set and remained successful in winning the set with a reasonable margin of 21-17.
The impressive Wei Feng emerged as the winner in this Men’s Singles Group B contest as he ended it up in straight games of 32 minutes with a stunning 21-12 and 21-17 total on the board.
