  1. i think you should be more specific....St Louis?in what country?

  2. For the ISS as well as many other objects in space, you can go to http://heavens-above.com/ and it will show you what stuff you can see from your location.

  3. If you mean St. Louis, Missouri, then the ISS passed high overhead this morning (28th August) at 5:25 a.m. If you want to look out for it, then it'll be visible tomorrow morning at 5.52 a.m. but appearing low in the north and travelling from west to east. A much better view will be had on Saturday at 4:45 a.m.when it will suddenly emerge from the Earth's shadow when high in the northeast and will travel down towards the horizon, appearing as a bright starlike object.

    Predictions from http://www.heavens-above.com/

  4. "Fly over" might be a difficult question for me to answer.  For it to be visible, if you are referring to St. Louis, Missouri, USA, the last sighting was 4:17am today, with a 1 minute duration, traveling form the ESE to the E, rather low in the horizon (17 degree maximum elevation, 11 minimum).

    That link will provide you with upcoming sighting opportunities.  They update it regularly, but delete old sightings equally regularly, so it won't list sightings from say, a week ago.

    <edit>

    My bad, the 4:17 am sighting I listed is the NEXT one (a little less than 22 hours from now), not the most recent one.  The previous one was this  morning at 5:23am.  (Hey, I'm tired, thought it was Friday morning right now!)
