Has anyone won a cruise with this company, if so what was your experience like and are they a safe company to do business with?

I also got a call from this company. I looked them up online and found a forum talking about the package. There was some good stuff and some bad things about it, but it looked like a lot of the negative comments were started by an ex-employee. It's hard to tell if any of the negative stuff is true or not. The employee was apparently fired for lying to customers or something like that.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                              I also looked them up with the BBB. It looks like they've been in business about 12 years. They did have 1 complaint, but that was resolved. I think the BBB goes back 3 years or so, which seemed pretty good to me.

I'm going to give it a shot. We'll see.

I am a cruise travel agent and have never heard of this company.  If it is in the USA try the better business bureau. they can tell you if there are any unsolved complaints against the company.  Other than that just the Internet.
