I have the Nationwide Select Family SharePlan® with Verizon and I have an env2 and I looked at the Total Data used and it said like 1800 kb. What is this for? I've sent about 70 texts, some were ringtones I sent to myself by attaching it to an e-mail and sending it to my phone. I've sent 1 picture message, and I did sign onto AIM for 4 minutes and I got a video from my sister (on the same plan) & I have accidently almost connected to the mobile web but have ALWAYS exited it before it got passed the blue screen with the phone tower... (I'm sorry if I'm confusing you guys) so I don't think I got charged for that.

But anyway, since I have unlimited txt, pix, video, and IM will the data usuage be included in that since that is how I used to data? So I may have used Data but it is included since the data was used by the pix, video, and IM?

  1. Any use of their Data network for such things as downloading ringtones, sending pics or vids etc.... Will be charged at the rate of 1.99 per megabyte. To avoid this sign up for their Vcast plan at $15 a month which gives you unlimited mobile web.

  2. Dowloading any applications charges you data. So when u downloaded the instant messenger, it charged you data. Other than that, if you're not downloading ringtones or games or music or going online then you should be fine. Txt, pix, and videos don't charge data because you have unlimited messaging. By the way, data is charged at 1.99 per MB
