  1. 1 is best, 2 is okay, 3 is dead wrong because of using 'is' for 'are.'

  2. I would drop "All the things" completely.

"I want many gifts for Christmas" would be the proper way to say it.

  3. None.

"All  I want" implies that you only wish for one thing, and therefore it conflicts with "many" .

You can have "For Christmas I want many gifts", or " For Christmas I want several gifts".

"All the things I want are books/ CDs/ clothes"

    or change your sentence :

"For Christmas I hope to get many gifts"

  4. 1. All the things I want for Christmas are many gifts.

But personally, I would shorten it to:

"I want many things for Christmas."  "All the things" is a bit extraneous.
