Native English speakers, does it make sense to say "to clean one's stomach" or "to wash one's stomach"?

I intend to refer to the process of removing something toxic from one's stomach.

For instance, if an infant accidently ingested alcohol, the doctor will "clean his/her stomach" or so...

Usually for that kind of thing they would not "pump out" the stomach but may "lavage" the stomach - pump in water and extract it to remove the alcohol.

If it is some poison to be removed they " pump your stomach" IE pump it out.

It wouldn't really make sense to say "to wash one's stomach"...but you could say, "to clean out one's stomach."

To clean one's stomach? Not sure why but "to wash one's stomach" sounds really weird..
