I just saw that I have some nats living in a potted plant that is inside my house. I was hoping someone had a quick fix solution besides killing the plant or moving it outside? Thanks in advance!

  1. They are most likely fungus gnats. Especially if your pots have been overly damp. See

  2. They are probably fruit flies, Just a little dish detergent in a spray bottle and spray the plant. And the soil just on top. You may have to repeat it each day. Try to do it during the day maybe in the morning. Just once a day then let it dry off.

    It always works for me.

    Additional Information, I almost forgot.

Use vinegar to attract and drown fruit flies and other insects. Just set a bowl of vinegar on your kitchen counter and they'll be attracted to it, and will drown themselves. I don't know why.
