  1. Buteyko breathing technique has been shown in several clinical trials to be effective for asthmatics. it is not a cure but can lead to substantial improvement and reduction in the use of inhalants.

One acquaintance of mine uses cold showers and says they reduce the frequency/severity of his asthma attacks. I am not aware of any clinical trials, i.e. the level of evidence is weak.

  2. I don't have asthma attacks so I have not tried the treatment for asthma?

That is included with the machine Acuhealth 900,

it sounds expensive but the outlay is well worth it. It treats over 50 complaints

it's an Australian invention run on a 9 volt battery

I have had a machine since 1987. I would not be without it.

    Look up the e-mail addressinfo@acuhealth.com.au

    Or Internet http://www.acuhealth.com.au

Any how if for any reason you are not completely satisfied a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee.GOOD LUCK>

  3. If your asthma is severe and uncontrolled, stay with your albuterol.
