Hi, I'm 16 years old and I exercise a lot. That means that I must eat lots of food. So, sometimes after i eat a meal that has like veggies and stuff, I feel like really bloated and everything and I don't like that feeling at all. What can make this go away? Any like drinks maybe? Or maybe stretching? Any info will help. Thanks!

  1. Go to a natural store/bio store or a regular supermarket if you have to, and look for the tea that stimulates digestion/ laxates lightly.

  2. I feel you are not drinking enough water - To over come your type of problem you must increase your Water intake to atleast 5-7 ltrs a day and Reduce your usual intake of food into half; Eat slowly and chew it well- Never drink any liquid whilst eating - and never eat untill you are really starving - (I mean never eat unless you are really very Hungry) Drink water before or after atleast half an hour of taking food

Try this and you will feel the difference

  3. Either the digestive biscuits, or have a shot of Jagermeister after your meal. Trust me it works

  4. Oh, I love this question. When we were in London, and I was doing the shopping for my daughter and myself, I kept seeing in the stores these things called "digestive biscuits." Not a very appealing name, so I ignored them for a long time, but there were so many, and different kinds, I finally bought a package. Ummmmm, delicious. Later my daughter (unfortunately) discovered the digestive biscuits with chocolate coating on the bottom. Try some if you get the chance.

  5. Digesting time of fruits, vegetables and meats.

    Fruit in 30 min.

    Vegetables in 50 min.

    Grains  ?

Meats in 4 hours to 12 hours.

If you mixed the foods (fruit, vegetables, meats) you will produce fermentation in the stomach and bowels creating gas.

Eat your fruit first so it's not stuck behind the vegetables fermenting.

Also, most bread will product gas and it glues down the hair like fibers in the intestines to where nutrients can not be absorb.

There are digestive aids at your local health food store.   Gas-X works as well.  If you are experiencing upset stomacks, or heartburn, or headaches, or a high pitch ringing in your ears then you need a digestive aide.  If not, then watch the order of your food intake....fruit first, then vegetables second, then grains, and at last meats.

  6. there are digestive aids you can buy at any pharmacy over the counter.  also, papaya is a good digestive aid so health food stores sell papaya enzyme supplements that may help.
