  1. IMHO, you shouldn't bother with anything calling it "natural fertility pills".  If there was any scientific basis for them helping, fertility specialists (Reproductive Endocrinologists) would be prescribing them for their patients.

2nd, 4 months is NOT a long time to be trying at all.  Even if you've timed the baby dance correctly, you only have about a 20% chance of getting pregnant in any given month.  So for the average healthy couple (i.e. assuming you are not one of the 10% of couples that do have fertility issues), you should expect it to take an AVERAGE of 6 months to get pregnant.  You have to have been actively trying for a year to be considered to have a fertility issue (and even then, only half of couples that fail after a year have a fertility issue... the other half are just unlucky).

If you really want to boost your odds of concieving quickly, read the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility".  It will provide you with scientific information you can use to improve your odds.  As a mater of fact, the liturature indicates that if you follow the advice in this book and can not get pregnant in 6 months, then you should look into a fertility specialist (compared to 12 months for couple that are basically just doing the baby dance randomly).
