Natural Remedies for PMS?

I just started eating only natural & whole foods, and I wanted to know if there is anything natural out there I can take for the pain, and other pms symptoms?

I get the WORST pms, the pains and emotions i go through are horrible.

Advice and tips needed desperately!

  1. take oregano oil for the pain . Not all oregano oil is the same. I use this one because of the make up and the fact that it was vegan. Also they supply you with the vegan capsules. This stuff works better than Tylenol or any over the counter medicine on the market in my opinion. I swear by the stuff.
