  1. There's no way to remove stretch marks. you should have thought about that before you got pregnant.. when a baby is born you have to make new commitments and one of them is looking a bit uglier... sorry but thats life

  2. Don't try any fancy strectch mark creams, using cocoa butter or baby lotion everyday and massaging it in lots will help, do this lots though!

Also use bio oil, but afew drops in the bath, and also rub this into the marks every day!

  3. Stop eating so much, fatty.

  4. lemon juice

  5. rub almond oil and cocoa butter on them. you have to make sure you rub it in the skin good.

  6. First, stay hydrated.  Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, 10-12 glasses is even better. Water hydrates your body and skin tissues; and to eliminate stretch marks, tone your skin, and get the proper nutrients to your skin cells trying regenerate collagen, you have to get water to give your skin internal moisture.

Fading your stretch marks is pretty simple and can be done with great natural remedies, including rosehip seed oil, wheat germ oil, grapeseed oil, and Emu Oil. Try Beauty 4 Ashes Shock Theraphy System for stretch marks. It works extremely well and contains all of the ingredients that mentioned above. It is the all natural equalivalent to Strivectin-SD at half the price. You can find in online at wwwdiscoverb4acom.

Make sure you exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation is necessary to lift dead skin cells and increase circulation to the areas you want to stimulate collagen production. The best all natural body scrub that reduces stretch marks in Beauty 4 Ashes™ No More Shame Coffee & Sugar Body Scrub (wwwdiscoverb4acom). The caffeine in coffee has a diuretic and blood circulating effect that slims and tone the skin. Sugar acts as a natural form of glycolic acid, which smoothes and tones the skin while reducing marks. Even better, this scrub contains essential and natural oils that have been proven to reduce stretch marks, including rosehip seed oil, emu oil, tangerine oil, and wheat germ oil. Even if you do not have stretch marks, it is a great scrub to exfoliate and soften the skin.

Moisturize Your Skin. Moisture, Moisture, Moisture. It is the key to getting rid of stretch marks. The best thing to moisturize your skin with to remove stretch marks is oil. Oils are better to use instead of creams because oil has the ability to penetrate below the first layer of skin, the epidermis. This doesn’t mean that you need to stop lotioning yourself, you just need to add oils into your skin care regimen. Great oils to use are Wheat Germ, Castor, and Vitamin E Oil. However, you must purchase these oils from your local whole foods store. Most traditional stores won’t have the pure stuff. Again, that is why I recommend trying Beauty 4 Ashes No More Shame ® Triple Action Stretch Mark Body Oil. It contains all the great oils listed above, plus some other that have been proven track record of reducing stretch marks. They also make a Triple Action Belly Oil, that works wonders for women who are pregnant and trying to prevent stretch marks.

  7. i've always had stretch marks on my back.... putting lotion on them regularly made some of the inflammation go down, but i dont know how to make them disappear.

  8. this really depends on the severity and age of your stretch marks, for small stretchmarks that are new and red, use cocoa butter twice daily on them, this helps prevent them from worsening, and in some cases helps reverse the discoloration. really there is no way to naturally remove stretch marks, but you can hide them, tanning will remove the red, and hide them better then anything else

  9. Cocoa Butter and Shea Butter have been known to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Please understand that there is no way to fully get rid of them but there are lotions, body butters and oils that can help them not look so dark or deep. I prefer Palmer's Cocoa Butter.

  10. I'm not sure on any natural formulas, but i do not that coco butter which can be found in most stores, is very good for healing stretch marks, and is from a natural source.

  11. cocoa butter really does help. Otherwise there are no natural remedies other than creams you can buy. They will help fade them but not make them go away completely.

  12. Coco Butter twice a day...give it time it really really works.  Also lots of vitamin E.

  13. Palmer's cocoa butter

  14. Hi,

I used to have pretty bad stretch marks and red scars around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. My Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below.
