  1. For tonight taking a warm bath will help

    lay in the warm water

lay on one side making sure that the warm water is on your belly

roll to the other side do so every five min's or so.

if you have a small tub you can take a towel dip it in the warm water and cover you belly with it

take a container and pour warm water over the towel

we do this for patients after surgery so that they can pass the gas it help them.

in the future you can prevent the gas by eating certain herbs.

Parsley eat it with every meal dried or fresh.

PLEASE NOTE PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD NOT EAT PARSLEY.

if you do not like parsley

    chives will do the same

    basil also

    fresh mint

    make a mint tea

or use a combination of all of them.

  2. One thing that will help is baked garlic cloves.  It tastes good too.  Also eat a papaya every now and then.  Also for easier cheaper relief than papayas is chew on some parsley leaves and it helps really well.

  3. Ya you can try this= lay on your back bring both knees to your chest wrap your arms around them and rock slowly back and forth it should help to expel... well you know what.... gas. The movement helps to dislodge what's trapped in there.

    hope it helps,

    Annie

  4. 1/2 a glass of warm water with 1/2 teaspoon of bicarb of soda dissolved in it.

  5. take digestive enzymes from a herbal store , It will take a few days to work .

  6. Yeah, you definitely don't want to eat the instant-lighting charcoal... the added chemicals (lighter fluid among others) could rip up your insides more than the charcoal would help).

Anyway, if Gas-X didn't help, it's very likely that you are low on certain enzymes... after all, indigestion is normally caused by improperly digested food. What I would suggest is a good enzyme complex, plus some charcoal (in capsules, preferably) might help as well.

For tonight, you could put some Baking Soda in water and drink it, but if the gas is farther down than the stomach, that won't really help (it just helps for burping, really). If you aren't planning on going out tonight, it shouldn't be too horrible for you, but you could try to just hold it in until you can get into a bathroom. Good luck!

  7. Have you tried charcoal tablets?
