Question:

Natural anxiety relief questions?

I've been struggling with anxiety recently but do not want to go to the doctor nor do I want to take prescription medication. I've seen a couple of websites showing all natural relief to anxiety. The 2 that I have seen are CLAROCET NRI and SEREDYN. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these supplements and what they think about them. Please help, any info would be most appreciated.

  1. Along with the two brands you mentioned you might also want to check out Panicyl - http://www.panicyl.com

It is a natural alternative to antidepressants that works very effectively.

Aside from a good natural remedy you might also find some good information on cognitive techniques to beat anxiety including:

-learning breathing techniques to stop an anxiety attack

    -avoid caffeine, alcohol, and sugar

-incorporate anxiety-friendly foods into your diet

-take a class on yoga or a similar art

-seek out forums on the internet with other anxiety sufferers

    Hope this helps!  God bless!

  3. try 5-hgp and acupressure also try laughing at yourself sometimes it works for me

  4. Those are just herbal formulas with some valerian and 5HTP. They're pretty expensive- about $39 I believe-- when the herbs themselves are only about $7.

The only way to really cure anxiety issues is to get to the root cause. Try the program found in The Mood Cure

  5. All I can recommend is that you take a look at http://www.cureanxietydisorder.com

    Hope this helps...

  6. It's 5-HTP and that can help.  Also:  valerian (tea is best although it really stinks), and I use powdered magnesium (Natural Calm brand).  You also need to work on behavioral causes--take breaks (mental and from work) and walk around, break the stressful situation.  Do light exercise (yoga or light swimming is best) -- hard exercise can make it worse.  Powdered magnesium helps (Natural Calm brand) and in conjunction with calcium can lower anxiety.

  7. Deep breathing

    Meditation

    Yoga

    The top 3 anxiety relievers.

  8. take a bath with bubbles
