Natural enemies of the witch?

Question

I would like fact ("fact" taken from Mythology of course) of any information indicating the natural enemy of a witch. Christians and the Church don't count. Be creative too please. Individual ideas are welcome.

This would, of course, depend on the nature of the being who is identified as a witch. Are we talking about women who practice necromancy, or the traditional healers of England? Or are we talking about evil wizards who happen to be female? Or, are we just talking about old women (the word "witch" in some folklore is synonymous with "crone" and simply means "old woman").

The most common definition used today is "practitioner of Wicca" and so I'd think the answer would be "intolerant Atheist". (Funny as that is, I think it's still valid.)

If you could be more precise, it would make the answer much easier to do.

In general, the counter for witchcraft is denial. Simply believing that something isn't true and discovering what is actually true can have the effect of breaking magic. Not always, but it does actually require framing within the belief of a mind in order to have any effect!

I've been a witch for a while now and the only natural enemy that comes to mind is myself.  I'm my own worst enemy.

A witch's most powerful enemy is herself.  If she doubts, if she fears, the slightest hesitation, and everything comes crashing down.

witches don't have natural enemies, they don't want any. they just seem to attract enemies because people don't understand their craft. But since your asking for something creative then the best i can come up with thats close to facts is a warlock. A warlock is a traitor, that joined a coven of witches just to report their activities and rituals to the townsfolk or authorities or even the church so they can have them burned alive. witches always watch out if someone is a warlock in their coven, and if someone is they detach themselves far away from wherever they are now. But the evil witches have to resort to murder when a member of the coven is found to be a warlock. usually warlock work with witchhunters or even the church.
