  1. My herbal drink has cured psoriasis patients.  I'm sure it can help you with your eczema.  It is called First Vita Plus

  2. Eczema is a mild autoimmune disorder. This will take 2-3 months, but start taking fish oil capsules (good ones that say pharmaceutical grade) at the highest dosage listed on the bottle. Also take a ginger root capsule twice a day and cut down on dairy products.

  3. the chemical creams are not nice long term as i'm sure you know.

you could try using chamomile essential oil (dissolved in a fragrance free cream rather than oil) and also try using a little in the bath. there are loads of sites on aromatherapy that'll tell you how to use essential oils if you don't know already.

otherwise, i have taken a herb called pau d'arco before and i found it excellent. you can get it in most good health shops.

  4. I took homeopathic sulfur pills for my eczema and it worked dramatically well.  You can get it online or at health food stores.  Here is a good product:

  5. the key to treat eczema on is never to keep the skin dry.  check out your diet and avoid foods that can trigger allergy on the skin. keep the skin hydrated by drinking adequate amount of fluids.  using an all natural skin moisturizer can help keep the skin moist all day.

know what are the triggers of eczema and try to avoid. consult a dermatologist for the best precautions.  visit http://www.skinoriginal.com for more tips that can help avoid eczema flares.
