  1. Let me clarify your question:

Natural heritage refers to natural landscape or other geographical features that are protected under international law because they are considered unique. In India that would include:

    Kaziranga National Park

    Keoladeo National Park

    Sundarbans National Park

    Nanda Devi National Park

Now Cultural Heritage refers to man made structures such as buildings, pyramids or monuments, considered unique for their historic or artistic value and also protected by local and international law. In India that would include:

    Ajanta Caves, Maharastra

    Ellora Caves, Maharastra

    Khajuraho group of monuments

    Agra Fort, Agra

    Taj Majal, Agra

    Mahabodhi Temple, Bodhgya, Bihar

    Pattadakal, Karnataka

  2. Im not sure if you are talking about buildings "structures" or cultural structures.

I only know of the 8 principals of the Yogic lifestyle (Patanjali):

    1. Yama: Moral conduct.

    2. Niyama: Religoiuse observances.

    3. Asana: Correct postrue

    4. Pranayama: Control of "Prana" thats kind of like "energy" or "Life force".

    5. Pratyahara: Blocking out external "stuff" from the senses.

    6. Dharana: Simply put this means concentration.

    7. Dhyana: Meditation

    8. Samadhi: A level of consciousness above all others (super consciousness).

If you are interested you could google these for better descriptions.
