  1. Hot lemonade made with real lemons & put real honey in it.

Chicken noodle soup. The old stand-by

  2. Ok- not really a natural method, however you do not have to ingest anythig. Take some Vics vapor rub and smear it all over the bottom of your feet- then put socks on. Your cough should be gone or at least be better soon. Hope this helps. I don't like taking meds either so this helps.

  3. honey

  4. Ma mom alwayz made me take this even dou it worked 100% of the time i hated it!!!

    Onion Jucie!!!!

Just blend it n let him drink it!!!

  5. My Grandmother told me a mix of things that doesn't taste good at all. Mix 1 Tablespoon of each honey, lemon juice and whiskey (obviously, only if you're of legal age). Plug your nose and chug it down. However, if the his mucus is green or yellow (as opposed to clear), call the doctor because it's a bacterial infection instead of a viral infection. (Doctors can only help with bacterial infections, they really can't do anything about viruses).

  6. Vaporizer and honey.

  10. Here are a few simple home remedies that will help to overcome cough.  Suck a whole clove without chewing it to soothe a cough. Apples bring a great relief to a person with dry cough. Check out http://useinfo6.blogspot.com/ for more remedies and information.

  11. ...I don't have a clue why this works but it does...  get some Vic's Vapo-Rub...  smear the bottoms of his feet with it and put on some socks and lie down... the coughing will stop... I know, I know, it sounds nuts but it works...

  12. Honey, lemon juice, and whisky.

  13. go to a local Co-Op store.  They usually have Spearmint on the shelf.  Get one of the linen "tea bags," put the Spearmint herb in there along with Eucalyptus and some hyssop.  Hang it on a string in the shower so when the steam rises you will have a mist of these herbs in there as well and inhale.  The heat from the shower will also help relax your body and muscles and aid in deeper breaths.  Of course make sure that you are not allergic to any "mints."  You can also carry this little dry pouch in your pocket and when you need a quick wif in public or anywhere, that will also help clear you up a bit.  Also, lipton tea is awesome for your system to help get the "bug" out of your system.  When I was in Korea Ashima swore by it and it cleared up a lot of intestinal things.  The antioxidants found in that tea which has a wonderful combination of teas, totally help!  No sugar/honey in it that will feed the bug.  I use fresh squeezed lemon for taste.   Raw honey is only good if eaten raw and not heated or warmed.  Once heated any and all holistic properties are gone. Cheers.
