Natural medicines ttc?

I went to the natural medicine store and they gave me red raspberry tea, evening primrose and female hormone pills. Is female hormone pills the right thing? I am worried....

I would'nt take them yet , I mean have you been ttc for a long time? I suggest you excersice more and relax less stress is good way to start. I just posted a tip my friend gave me use a menstrual cup while having s*x it catches the sperm and keeps it there longer.Acupunture is good too as it stimulates the blood flow..
