  8. Actually..........What you need to do is find out what your blood type is. Then you need to read on the types of food that are good for your blood.

    Like me for instance I am A-, My diet should consist of mostly fruits and veggies, no meat, no dairy, lot's of mounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Certain fruits aren't good for me though, like oranges and bananas. Just bc a food is healty doesn't mean it is healthy for your body.

    Your body has a certain PH balance and eating the right foods for your blood type can keep it IN balance, thus causing less illness and disease, and losing the unneccesary body fat.

  11. there aren't really any "natural" remedies for losing weight. you just need to exercise and drink lots of water and healthy food groups. in the first couple of weeks you will see a difference. Not a huge one, but a satisfying one.
