  1. actually s*x helps , just getting the notion difficult

  2. Have you been to see your GP? Just to make sure there is nothing serious causing the pain?

Get some hot water, and add three drops of peppermint essential oil, three drops of lavender, and two of black pepper. Soak a flannel in that water then wring it out and lie with it on your tummy, over the painful area until it cools. Peppermint tea and keeping your belly warm should also help you.

  3. pulsatilla capsules.

  4. The best you could ever do for ovulation pain is let your belly stay warm. Hot teas are usually good, but not tea bags or any instant kinds. Asian markets sell many types of powered herbs such as green tea power, chopped oolong, etc. Drinking lots of hot tea will definitely help you relieve the pain. If it doesn't seem to work on you as much, i recommend you to see your gynecologist for further advise.

  5. ginger and lemon are a good source of relief. but never good enough.

  6. agnus castus

    iron

    b-complex esp b6

    ginger

    peppermint

    evening primrose/starflower/borage

    passioflora/passionflower

    dandilion

    milkthistle

    warm compreses

    red clover
