Natural spider repellent ideas?

Question

We have about a gazillion spiders (and other random bugs...but mostly spiders) in our back hall/entry, and I want to get rid of them. I want to do this as naturally as possible. The back hall is not inside the house living space, and I don't want to plant anything outside the house (yet) for fear of scaring them into the living space, but I don't know how to scare them outside first. Any ideas?

I would also like to know this. I'm sick of having to chase them down and fish them out of crannies. They're annoying as h**l.

i dunno u can use raid nd ignore the natural thing but i k tht u can try vingear something strong get a spray bottle nd spray them a way lol. i dunno

~~This freaks allot of people out, but it works and no insects or bugs and no insecticide. Order a few gecko lizards from your local pet or reptile store. Let them go in your house. You will never see the lizard again, they just disappear. However, they eat all crawly things and your home will be bug free. I don't know how long they live, it's a year or better. You'll start seeing a bug here and there and you'll know it's time to get  a few more. They are very cute too, so they won't creep you out. Honestly, it's the best thing I've ever seen for bug control~~
