  9. fish oil may help you lower blood pressure, but make sure it's molecularly distilled.  also, avoid taking fish oil together with blood thinning medicine such as aspirin.

Hi John!  Here's 2 'natural' solutions, not supplements though.  I find 30 minutes of weights or aerobic exercise daily brings my blood pressure down significantly.  Also read on the internet that lots & lots of celery worked for someone.    I read that a long time ago,  I think it was around 7 stalks a day!!  Celery tastes delicious blended with enough apple & lemon to make an apple-y tasting drink. Even the kids like it.  Mixing it with apple juice & lemon might work, too.  If you try it, know that a blender drink will digest very quickly and much more thoroughly than chewing.
