  1. Have you ever heard of Reliv? They have many products that customers have said helped with their eyesight. Their is no guarantee, but you can visit their website and read testimonies. Email me at hhebert57@hotmail.com if you have any questions.

    Thanks,

  2. Billberry is good and lots of fresh fruit and Vegtables (Salids) with white vinigar and olive oil for dressing is the healthyest.

  3. Check this out - http://improvingmyeyesight.com/Vitamin_S...

This should be what you're looking for...

  4. As somebody else said, bilberry - or, preferably, blueberry (the European variant) - is indeed very good for you, especially for the eyesight.

And, of course, there's sunflower seed - a fistful (or more, if you wish) per day. You can eat it alone, or in salads, or you can sprout it.

If you eat it unsprouted, do make sure you soak it for 10 minutes or more before consumption. Or else, chew it long enough for the saliva to impregnate it totally.

(In fact, ALL nuts and seeds should be soaked before use. They contain a growth-inhibiting enzyme that is harmful to humans, and water deactivates it.)

  5. The old traditional thing for eyesight was carrots. Just don't go crazy with them, they'll turn your skin orange.
