  1. Organic means the ingredients were grown and processed without chemicals such as pesticides and herbicides. There tends to be less ingredients in organic products as well since they don't include artificial anything, like color and fragrance.

Natural products can still have preservatives and artificial fragrances and coloring.

  2. Since there is no organic standard as far as cosmetics are concerned there is absolutely no difference between organic and natural hair care products. many products using the word organic in their labeling and advertising use chemicals that are not in any way, shape or form organic

see http://www.organicconsumers.org for a lot more information about organic cosmetic products

  3. "Natural" is normally meaning that they use herbs and/or vitamins/minerals.

"Organic" typically means that they use herbs/fruits/veggies (in shampoos or other non-food products) or they specifically use certified organic herbs/fruits/veggies (if it's a food or supplement product). "Certified Organic" basically means that the plants specifically weren't grown using any harmful chemicals (pesticides, herbicides, etc), and normally that's just reserved for food and supplements because they cost a LOT more than those that aren't.

When it comes to shampoos and creams, there is typically no difference between natural and organic (just marketing), but when it comes to food or supplements, there's a big difference
