  1. get a B-complex supplement. it's a great energy booster. the best ones are isotonic. which means that after mixing the powder with the appropriate amount of water it becomes the same consistency as your blood and is absorped in 5-10 minutes. try this one: http://www.marketamerica.com/jenniferbro...

  2. B-12, ginseng, apple cider vinegar, honey, vitamin C, and garlic are recommended as natural remedies for fatigue.

  3. cocaine,  thats natural isn't it?

  4. I need a few clarifications about your question first:  1) Are we talking about the normal "grogginess" some people experience upon waking up, or something else entirely, such as you're a college student studying for exams and you've stayed up for 3 days straight cramming, and using all sorts of substances to keep yourself awake and able to study while skipping sleep, or some other unusual scenario like this? 2) Are illegal substances involved in your question that could be impacting adrenal function, such as speed or cocaine or alcohol? 3) Is the person sleeping regularly and they just always wake up groggy?  4)  Are they driving and trying to keep themselves awake?  5)  Are they drinking coffee or lots of soda or taking caffeine/diet pills?  6)  Are they eating regularly and well?  Or are they subsisting primarily on junk carbs?  7)  Are any medical conditions involved that might worsen the grogginess, ie diabetes/hypoglycemia, adrenal depletion or exhaustion, CFS...

Please answer/clarify these questions and I will come back to you with my responses.

  5. Cold shower seems to do it for me. When I wake up extra tired, I have a colder shower than usual, then I'm awake and refreshed in the morning. Or, I go for a walk/jog in cold weather. That helps also. Just exercising in general helps me a bunch.
